Abstract: The anesthetic procedures of surgery realized in canine and feline, involve several risks, with destak to several factors, mainly the ones related to the anesthetist, to the anesthetic agents, and to the clinicai status of the patient, as well as the complications that can come through involving the factors isolated orjointly. This work has the objective of dealing with the principal risks during the anesthetic state, as well as the procedures to be adopted to prevent or restore the accidents caused by the agent used.</summary>
