A systematic literature review and interpretation of meanings were used to analyze 31 studies. Research focused primarily on providing tools for libraries to prepare for external evaluations, seeking to adopt indicators. The minority considered self-assessment and the majority prioritized the notion of regulation over evaluation. Research with critical analysis is therefore needed to understand the full extent of the evaluation system and its regulatory effects on the sector.; El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los significados de los objetivos generales y específicos de las investigaciones publicadas entre 2004 y 2021 sobre la evaluación del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación de la Educación Superior para bibliotecas universitarias federales. Para el análisis de 31 investigaciones, se utilizaron los métodos de revisión sistemática de la literatura e interpretación de significados. Predominaron investigaciones con la finalidad de instrumentalizar la biblioteca para las evaluaciones externas, visando la adopción de los indicadores. Semi-structured questionnaires were administered via Google forms to researchers leading research groups. The result showed that a considerable portion of researchers recognize the benefits of sharing research data, that there are optimistic positions, however, these positions should be seen as extraordinary opportunities for dialogue with other actions to expand researchers' knowledge and involvement with the topic. It is concluded that there is a need to build an internal training policy to adopt new scientific communication practices. Autor(es): GAMA, Merabe Carvalho Ferreira da; ZANINELLI, Thais Batista Abstract: The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) convened the world's libraries to show their potential as collaborators for sustainable development. Thus, libraries in different countries have innovated to offer inclusive and sustainable information services, with a focus on the 2030 Agenda. This work aims to: Identify these services, through the Information Science literature in the international Scopus and Web of Science databases. The research is bibliographical and used as data analysis, the categorical content analysis, generating four axes, referring to the objectives of the publications found. Twenty-three articles that met the purpose of this review were selected. It was observed that: (i) the years 2018 and 2020 were the most productive, (ii) there are publications in 12 countries; and (iii) most communications are about public libraries. There are several information services being developed in these environments, such as: courses, workshops, lectures, workshops, reading incentive programs, projects aimed at the job market, among others. By mapping innovative information services in the context of libraries in terms of the Agenda's objectives, it helps in the process of understanding the real role of libraries in this scenario, as well as collaborating with librarians regarding the exchange of experiences and ideas of services that generate value for the community. From the data analysis, it is possible to infer that libraries are seeking to innovate by offering inclusive and sustainable information services, focusing on the SDGs proposed by the 2030 Agenda. 2024-04-11T00:00:00Z
