Defronte isso, a presente cartilha tem por objetivo elucidar-te de modo informativo, objetivo e claro acerca das perspectivas do capacitismo, bem como, sobre ações anticapacitistas e ao final indicar-te produções culturais que abarcam as temáticas supracitadas para teu melhor entendimento. Essa cartilha trata-se de um material educativo para alunos, professores, e aqueles que almejam compreender o tema, organizado pelos discentes do 2º semestre do Curso de Licenciatura em Letras Português da Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia como atividade da disciplina de Educação Especial e Inclusiva sob orientação da Professora Dra. Título: Análise Histórica e o Impacto da Estratégia na Melhoria dos Serviços Públicos Autor(es): SAMPAIO, Mauro Bruno da Silva Abstract: This article describes the main concepts of quality and its evolution by analyzing each of its phases or “eras.” Simultaneously, it discusses the principal schools of administrative thought and their different approaches, ranging from the classical perspective to managerial administration, including bureaucracy theory and its dysfunctions. Throughout this transition, a paradigm shift can be observed: during the Inspection Era, the focus of quality was centered on production itself, whereas in Strategic Quality Management the focus shifted toward the customer. While the classical period of administration emphasized the organization’s internal structure and the individual work of laborers on the production line, managerial administration emphasizes the systemic view of organizations, teamwork, and the fulfillment of customer expectations. Consequently, the article also highlights innovation strategy and quality assessment as drivers of growth and as essential factors for organizational survival in competitive environments and increasingly demanding consumer markets. Within this context, the present study demonstrates the challenge faced by public organizations in abandoning outdated patrimonial practices, drastically reducing bureaucratic excesses, and developing a managerial service philosophy oriented toward the citizen-customer. In practical terms, the study concludes that organizations must add value to their products and services by identifying and eliminating losses within processes. Furthermore, it was found that process management and quality tools contribute significantly to achieving service excellence.

Autor(es): MERCÊS, Júlia Karoline Rodrigues das; PALHETA, Juscelino Gonçalves; ALVES, Rafael Moysés; CUNHA, Roberto Lisboa; OLIVEIRA NETO, Cândido Ferreira de; CONCEIÇÃO, Susana Silva Abstract: In the Amazon, rainfall distribution is irregular, and distinct dry periods are common; water stress is known to reduce agricultural production. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of water deficiency on leaf water potential, starch concentrations, total soluble carbohydrates, and sucrose in T. grandiflorum progenies exposed to 16 days of water restriction. The experiment was conducted in the greenhouse at Embrapa Amazônia Oriental. The seedlings were grown in plastic bags filled with 8 kg of pre-fertilized substrate. The experimental design was completely randomized, using a 2x7 factorial scheme. Each treatment was represented by five replicates, totaling 70 experimental units. An analysis of variance was performed on the results, and when a significant difference occurred, the means were compared using Tukey’s test (p<0.05) with the “SAS” software. Progeny 1074 showed the highest sensitivity to water restriction, with a significant reduction of 2,438% in leaf water potential. However, progenies 32 and 42 showed a significant reduction in starch concentration of 57% and 82% in the leaves, respectively; for the roots, progenies 57, 215, and 1074 showed reductions of 82%, 76%, and 69%, respectively. Therefore, a 16-day water deficit in Theobroma grandiflorum progenies led to a decrease in leaf water potential and starch content. At the same time, there was an increase in the concentration of total soluble carbohydrates and sucrose in all progenies subjected to water restriction.
