Abstract: This article was born out of an interest in the relationship between audiovisual research, documentation, image, sound, education, archives and audiovisual production as a historical source and the impact of the thirtieth United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP-30), to be held in November 2025 in Belém (PA), where the University is located. The combination of Brazil's confirmation as the host of the most important environmental event on the planet and the commitment of UFRA's teaching and technical staff made it possible to carry out this project, which we are presenting in the form of an article. The project is in its initial phase and has been divided into two major actions for the three-year period 2024, 2025 and 2026: monitoring COP-30 meetings in different spaces, digitizing publicity materials, news articles and records in other areas, with the aim of creating an important collection on the formulation and development of the event. CEDA's second action is to carry out important internal work to digitize physical collections (printed, typewritten and handwritten), especially Theses, Dissertations and TCCs, in order to preserve and remember the university's history. All this digitized material will be available for research in the Library's institutional repository, in open source format.

Abstract: Animal-Assisted Interventions (AAI) emerge as practices in which domestic animals act as mediators in activities that seek to promote physical and emotional benefits to the people involved. These activities have been gaining space in several environments. Among them is the hospital environment, in which AAI fit as a complementary method that aids patients' recovery. Therefore, the objective of this study was to know the perception of veterinarians about the benefits and risks of the presence of dogs in hospitals, the possible care to avoid these risks and the characteristics of the animal for this practice. This is a qualitative study in which six veterinarians participated. The collection was done through a questionnaire with questions about AAI in hospitals, carried out online between April and May 2020, addressing the welfare of the animal, the patient, and other people involved, as well as the identification of possible risks. They emphasized the importance of professional monitoring, highlighted the physical and emotional benefits that this practice can provide, and pointed out possible precautions for the activities to occur without risks to those involved. Although these are valid considerations, it was concluded that veterinarians still commonly lack a more complete training regarding AAI.
