Abstract: This study aimed to develop quantitative indicators for analyzing and measuring process efficiency at the Federal Rural University of the Amazon, based on the perceptions of faculty members, technical staff, and students. A descriptive and quantitative methodology was employed, using the 2024 institutional evaluation database of the Internal Evaluation Committee, with variables defined by the National Higher Education Evaluation System (SINAES) and regulations issued by federal oversight bodies. With a sample of 3,204 respondents, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted, enabling the construction of process efficiency indices by segment (students, technical staff, and faculty), with standardized scores ranging from 0 to 1,000 and classified into three evaluative levels: high, intermediate, and low. The statistical quality of the model was confirmed by high Cronbach’s alpha values (0.944, 0.950, and 0.974), Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) measures (0.927, 0.937, and 0.954), significant Bartlett’s tests of sphericity (p = 0.000), and total explained variance exceeding 70% across all groups, ensuring the validity of the constructs and the identification of convergence and divergence points among the categories. The results revealed strong internal correlations among variables, forming factors that synthesize institutional efficiency and allow comparisons between groups. The indices indicated an intermediate evaluation for faculty and students and a low evaluation for technical staff, highlighting perceived bottlenecks in process management. The findings underscore the need for capacity-building initiatives and the systematic use of these indices in management practices, with data monitoring supported by Business Intelligence (BI) tools as instruments of governance and administrative efficiency improvement at UFRA. Based on this research and its conclusions, a technical-technological product was developed in the form of an interactive dashboard created using Microsoft Power BI for the continuous monitoring of efficiency indicators derived from the perceptions of technical-administrative staff, faculty, and students. The dashboard organizes and integrates indicators obtained through statistical analysis of survey responses, enabling dynamic visualization with graphical features that facilitate the identification of strengths and weaknesses in administrative and academic processes. As a governance and control support tool, the dashboard aims to enhance transparency in evaluation results and to support managers and planning teams in the formulation, monitoring, and revision of actions focused on improving administrative efficiency and process management. Furthermore, the dashboard allows for periodic updates and potential replication in other higher education institutions, contributing to the strengthening of data-driven management practices in the public sector.
